Ingredients

  • 6 cl Isautier 40° white rum
  • 8 cl chaï tea (milk infused with cardamom tea, ginger and cinnamon)
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl honey syrup
  • 2 drops of bitter curry

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Filter into a jam jar filled with crushed ice.
