Ingredients

  • 6 cl Isautier 40° white rum infused with jasmine tea 
  • 2 dry lychees
  • 2.5 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl home-made sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Filter into a champagne flute.
