Type of glass: champagne flute
Ingredients
- 6 cl Isautier 40° white rum infused with jasmine tea
- 2 dry lychees
- 2.5 cl lime juice
- 1 cl home-made sugar syrup
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Filter into a champagne flute.
