As promised, here is a recipe created by Michel Van Hecke, winner of the Marianne Trophy 2016!



Type of glass: Gem old-fashioned

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Rhum Brun Isautier Barrik (Isautier matured rum)
  • 2 cl Marie Brizzard pear liqueur
  • 1 cl Routin vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 branch of Verbena

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together.

Decoration : Cinnamon + Lime + Verbena
