Type glass: old-fashioned

Ingredients

  • 4 cl 5 year-old Isautier aged rum
  • 1 bar spoon of brown sugar soaked with Chuncho Bitter 
  • 1 cl Isautier nigella rum
  • 1 vanilla pod, 1 zest of orange and 1 zest of lemon

Preparation

  1. Stir the sugar soaked in the Chuncho Bitter directly in the glass. Then add the old rum, the orange and lemons zests, previously squeezed over the glass and a few ice cubes.
  2. Add the nigella rum, the vanilla pod and the rest of the ice, then stir again.
