Our Antoinette Rum reflects the elegance and expertise of Réunion. Made from carefully selected sugar cane and aged to perfection, it offers delicate aromas and a unique aromatic richness.

Deux créations rares, reflet d’un héritage vivant depuis 1845 🔁
Le Rhum Vieux Fût et le Rhum Vieux Cheminée incarnent à la fois la puissance du terroir réunionnais et l’élégance du savoir-faire Isautier.
Vieillis sous climat tropical en fûts de chêne, ces rhums révèlent des expressions uniques : des notes boisées, minérales et florales qui témoignent du temps, de la matière et de la précision du vieillissement.
Leur nom rend hommage à des lieux emblématiques de la distillerie : le Fût, symbole du vieillissement patient, et la Cheminée, vestige de notre histoire industrielle à Saint-Pierre.

Two rare creations, reflecting a heritage that has been alive since 1845 🔁
Rhum Vieux Fût and Rhum Vieux Cheminée embody both the power of Réunion`s terroir and the elegance of Isautier`s expertise.
Aged in oak barrels in a tropical climate, these rums reveal unique expressions: woody, mineral and floral notes that bear witness to the time, the raw materials and the precision of the ageing process.
Their names pay tribute to iconic locations at the distillery: the Fût (barrel), symbolising patient ageing, and the Cheminée, a vestige of our industrial history in Saint-Pierre.

L’Arhumatik Spritz revisité par @mickael_rhums_isautier : un cocktail tout en équilibre et en finesse, imaginé autour des arômes délicats de l’Arhumatik Letchi.
Dans un verre à vin type Chardonnay, déposez 4 glaçons puis :
- 1/3 d’Arhumatik Letchi
- 2/3 de Prosecco
- Un trait d’eau pétillante
Mélangez délicatement et ajoutez une rondelle d’orange.

Arhumatik Spritz revisited by @mickael_rhums_isautier : a perfectly balanced and refined cocktail, created around the delicate aromas of Arhumatik Letchi.
Place 4 ice cubes in a Chardonnay wine glass, then add:
- 1/3 Arhumatik Letchi
- 2/3 Prosecco
- A dash of sparkling water
Mix gently and add a slice of orange.
