La Maison Isautier rend hommage à ses fondateurs à travers un vieux rhum emblématique, chargé d’histoire et de transmission : Louis & Charles. En édition limitée, il réunit des rhums agricoles et traditionnels âgés de 14 à 22 ans, vieillis dans le chai de Saint-Pierre, à La Réunion.
À température ambiante, dans un verre à pied, il révèle toute sa complexité, à l’apéritif comme en digestif.

A rum, a story.
Maison Isautier pays tribute to its founders through an iconic aged rum, steeped in history and tradition: Louis & Charles. This limited-edition release blends agricultural and traditional rums aged between 14 and 22 years, matured in the Saint-Pierre cellar on Réunion.
Served at room temperature in a stemmed glass, it reveals its full complexity, whether enjoyed as an aperitif or a digestif.

Au bar de La Saga du Rhum, la finale a réuni des candidats passionnés autour d’un même fil conducteur : la précision du geste, la créativité et la mise en valeur de l’univers Isautier.
Chaque création a raconté une approche, une technique, une sensibilité. Une belle démonstration du savoir-faire de la mixologie réunionnaise.

De la canne à sucre réunionnaise à la bouteille, chaque étape raconte une part du savoir-faire Isautier.
Depuis 1845, la Maison Isautier est enracinée à La Réunion, où Louis et Charles Isautier ont fondé l’entreprise familiale après avoir découvert la richesse de la canne à sucre. Aujourd’hui encore, six générations perpétuent cette histoire rhumière réunionnaise.
Sols volcaniques, ensoleillement intense, fermentation, distillation, vieillissement en fûts de chêne… autant d’éléments qui façonnent le profil aromatique des rhums Isautier, dans le respect du temps et de la matière première.
Un savoir-faire réunionnais transmis depuis plus de 180 ans.
